Centenary of Jorge Chavez's Heroic Feat
On Septembre 23, 2010 we remembered 100 years of the first crossing of the Alps in a plane. With a great demonstration of courage and determination Jorge Chavez steered his plane to the sky, wishing to overcome this great mountain wall represented by the Alps.
Victorious he inspired mankind since the dawn of aviation, at the beginning of the twentieth century, with his famous words: "Higher Always Higher ".
El 23 de Septiembre del 2010 se conmemoran 100 años del primer cruce de los Alpes en un avión. Con una gran demostración de coraje y decisión Jorge Chávez enrumbó su avión hacia las alturas, deseoso de vencer aquella gran muralla montañosa que representaban los Alpes.
Victorioso inspiró a la humanidad desde los inicios de la aviación, en los albores del Siglo XX, con sus célebres palabras de: "Arriba Siempre
Arriba".
